The Greenwich YPG is about you! The organization strives to assist individuals, businesses, and organizations in Fairfield County grow and prosper. We are a non-profit organization that hosts and participates in a number of networking, charity, and professional development events throughout the year.
Our members are comprised of individuals with diverse backgrounds: varying stages in their career, a multitude of industries, as well as age and demographic. Our primary goal is to simply bring the community together. We hope that you will join us on this journey.

Greenwich YPG President | Prem Itharat
Prem founded and ran Pi Capital Management for eight years, a focused financial and investment advisory firm that helps individuals and families in the community with portfolio management, financial advisory, and financial planning. He believes most people, irrespective of where they stand on the wealth spectrum, can achieve financial independence with the right tools, mindset, and investment mix. Prem rejoined the Hedge Fund industry in 2022 as a lead in Data Governance at Hudson Bay Capital. Prem has over 20 years experience in Finance, with his last hedge fund role as VP of operations of a Manhattan based hedge fund. Prem holds an MBA in Strategy and Quantitative Finance and BS degree in Economics from NYU Stern School of Business.
Prem’s passion for his involvement in non profits centers around building community and promoting financial literacy. His focus with Greenwich YPG is to increase the financial strength of the group and to extend reach and membership. Prem is also focused on improving accessibility to financial literacy programs. Prem has served as PTA co-president elect of his son’s elementary school, where his focus was on building community interaction and education. Prem is also former President of the Greenwich Rotary and is involved with many community organizations – the American Cancer Society, The American Red Cross, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society amongst others. Prem also serves as a volunteer financial coach for the Women’s Business Development Council of CT where he provides one on one mentoring.

Auste is the Founder and Creative Director of Auste Marie Media, an international digital agency that provides entrepreneurs and small businesses with Brand Development, Website Development, Social Media & Marketing services. She has a strong passion to empower, equip, and advise entrepreneurs on how to build their online presence and brand themselves to attract their ideal clients. In addition to YPG Greenwich she’s also an avid community member, globe trotter, and official photographer of G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance.

Do I have to be “young” to join Greenwich Young Professionals?
Do I have to be a member to attend an event?
How much does a membership cost?
How many events do you have per year?
Absolutely not! Greenwich Young Professionals has 1,000+ members on Meetup. Our members are of all different ages, ranging from right out of college to experienced professionals in the workplace.
No, you do not have to be a member to attend and can choose to pay per event. We believe that you’re going to love our events. Plus, if you are new to Greenwich YPG, your first event is on us!
Our membership fee is $179 for an entire year (rolling membership). This gives you access to all of our events*. The board is currently working on membership perks, so stay tuned!
We strive to have one main event per month. We also look for opportunities within the community in between events to volunteer and give back.
