Kathy Connor, the Director for the Fairfield County Transcendental Meditation® Program has worked in the administrative and teaching aspects of the Transcendental Meditationâ program, a non-profit education organization, for 35 years.
Genevieve Kimberlin has been practicing TM since the age of 10. She is a Greenwich native and a recent graduate of Boston College where she studied Human Development and Communications.

Carol Schwidock, owner of Harmony Yoga will provide you with a unique experience through stress free yoga. The workshop will combine mindful yoga, meditation, breathing and education. “Harmony” Yoga as the name suggests, can bring harmony into your life as you learn from an excellent Yoga instructor.
Carol is a Certified Yoga Instructor with additional training in Vinyasa, Anusara, and Bikram style yoga. She is not only a yoga instructor, but also an expert in the field of rehabilitation as an Occupational Therapist.

Dr. Dana F. Flavin-Koenig has studied medicine and science internationally for the past 30 years. Her extensive background in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Nutrient Biochemistry and Medicine has allowed her to find new ways of enhancing patients’ responses to all treatments.
